2. Service Description

Telefox UK provides IPTV subscription access enabling streaming of live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. We offer Standard and Premium subscription plans with varying channel counts and quality levels.

Access is granted via login credentials sent to your email upon purchase. We do not provide hardware devices.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• All subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
• There is no automatic renewal — your subscription will not be renewed without your explicit action.
• Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.

4. Account Usage

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Sharing your credentials outside your household is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of our fair usage policy.
• Multiple simultaneous connections are permitted up to the limit specified in your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Telefox UK services to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our service or content.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the security or integrity of our servers.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any technical protections we employ.

6. Content Availability

We aim to provide a stable and consistent service. However, content availability, channel lineup, and service uptime may vary due to technical maintenance, third-party obligations, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telefox UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription plan in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
